David has awesome customer service and is extreamly enthusiastic!! Great asset for your Store
Honestly this place has probably the slowest service and they don't take your order right. Food isn't the worst bit definitely not like the other chains, the new nuggets taste like Tysons, so don't waste your money. They should stick to burgers.
I guess I have become a conisour of BK. I have visited many locations in and around my hometown of Newark. This Columbus location was very clean with helpful pleasant staff 👌 I would recommend it.

Burger King provides a pleasant atmosphere, especially during holidays like Easter. The food is generally excellent, with popular items like the Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Whopper. However, the service can be hit or miss, with some visits being fine and others experiencing slow service due to understaffing. The staff, despite their best efforts, are often overwhelmed, and the restaurant could benefit from hiring more employees. Overall, Burger King offers a good dining experience, but with some inconsistencies.
