Online pickup order and waited for 50 minutes.
Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I took my aunt here while she was visiting from Paris because I wanted her to experience Chipotle for the first time.
The staff was extremely rude and barely communicated with customers. The portions were ridiculously small, the restaurant was very dirty, had bugs and they had even run out of plastic utensils. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow.
