I had my doubts about putting a French omelette in a sandwich. However the way the soft omelette contrasts with the crusty french bread is fantastic! The herb butter brings all the flavor. I heavily recommend getting the opti(nal tonatoes and spinach to balance out the richness of the other ingredients. I would consider this a "delicate but satisfying" dish. Nicholas was very welcoming and quick to prepare my dish. I only wish I lived closer so I could walk here more often!
If you find yourself near campus on a Thursday or Friday, swing by Clutch for some awesome breakfast sandwiches! My favorite is the French Toast Sando: a play on the Japanese Fruit Sando. French toast sandwiches a sweet cream cheese spread, layered with strawberries and whipped topping, served cold.
