Dairy Queen in Columbus

“The food is excellent but the staff needs some work. I stood at the counter for about 7-8 minutes with no one ever acknowledging I was there. They said it was because they were training someone.

Fair enough I suppose, but you need to be able to multi-task in those situations. Just left me feeling a little annoyed, but hey, the food was still great so I'll be back. I just hope I get faster service next time...“

“ice cream it's dairy Queen. You can't go wrong. Actually the hamburgers are good as well. The firecrackers one I like. I'm sorry to fire throwers the one I like the best. They have two for five super snacks. They also have $7 meal deals and the birthday cakes ice cream cakes are great again on a hot day, even a cold day. Even in the winter you can't go wrong with ice cream and dairy Queen is always a good choice. This one the owners here from time to time and you will get to meet them“

“It's not bad. The workers are always nice, and the food is actually good after adding a bit of salt to them. I get something different every time I come here and haven't been disappointed by anything yet. I love their freezes with the soft serve, and the fries are probably my favorite right now in terms of fast food places in the area. I also always come here to get an ice cream cake on my birthday, and it is always good and refreshing to eat.“

“I went there yesterday and had the best experience. Food was fresh, the best hamburgers I’ve had at a Dairy Queen. Blizzards were amazing and the staff is super friendly. You can tell they like their job. It is farther away from our home, but we will drive to this location from now on.“

“I would suggest that the drive thru personal not hold onto credit/debit cards and turn away from the register. I've had my card hacked to many times and the girl at the window held onto my card for far to long and away from the register. Otherwise great food and service.“

“Recently got an ice cream cake- it was delicious but the writing on the cake was pretty terrible/sloppy. Luckily, the cake was for my husband and we got a laugh out of it. If you’re looking for something a little neater, I’d probably try a different location.

I’m sure I could have requested to have it redone if I needed it for a more serious event.“

“The food was super hot for the fries and chicken strips we ordered, and the condiments and ice cream were super cold. I feel like the ladies I met here today must take pride in their jobs. They were so kind and warm--the kind of customer service that makes you want to go out of your way to return again to experience that all over again.“

Parking: It's not a lot of parking but you can't find a place to park usually if it's not packed

Kid-friendliness: When I go I see children and they're all the time with their parents and they are welcome

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair access to the store“
