Pretty simple over all. I usually order online and pickup through the window. Good pizza
It's still okay. Price is up and taste quality is down from 5-10 years ago but I guess it still compares favorably to the competition.
I always have great customer service!! If something is wrong they fix it or credit your account!! My son loves donatos I order at least once or twice every week or two weeks!! Keep up the great work donatos!!

Donatos Pizza is a popular spot with a reputation for serving high-quality pizzas with unique taste. The restaurant has a spacious parking lot, making it convenient for customers. Although, there have been some issues with customer service, including long wait times and lack of assistance at the pick-up window. However, some reviewers have had positive experiences with friendly staff, including a dedicated delivery driver and a helpful manager, Joey.
