it's the best always fresh an good
Long wait in drive-thru despite not being very busy. Sub was made wrong, had to drive back to get it corrected, which they did, but it was drenched in Italian Dressing. Pizza was okay. Cinnamon bread was burnt, dry, and dense. (Overproofed dough from sitting out too long.) Having worked in a Donatos, it seems standards have slipped a bit here. I don't reccomend this location.
This is the second times I have order the half and half pizza. This is the second time they have gotten it wrong again. Now I have to wait another 10 minutes to make my pizza over. The first time I called and was placed on hold so long that I went into the store to show them I was on hold while 3 of the employees were sitting on their phones. This lack of customer service is very irritating.
