Can’t remember the lady’s name that took care of me, but great customer service. Had an order for four pizzas, was able to get them made and ready quickly, and was very friendly and helpful!
Outstanding experience, some of the very best hot pizza I’ve experienced in 2026. Ordered an Italian submarine sandwich at the restaurant, with very specific modifications and particular instructions regarding the sandwich. Donatos Pizza is a popular spot known for its excellent customer service, clean environment, and delicious food. The restaurant offers a variety of menu options, including wings with unique toppings such as BBQ sauce, blue cheese, hot sauce, and ranch. The pizza is consistent and is a favorite among customers, with the famous thin crust being a standout. The parking area is convenient, with a drive-through option available.
While some customers have experienced minor issues with their orders, such as missing extra sauce cups and occasional mix-ups, the restaurant is generally praised for its quality food. The staff is friendly, and team members like Jefferson and Sofiane are noted for their politeness and positive attitude. Despite some reported challenges with order accuracy, many customers appreciate the timely service and the restaurant's late hours, staying open until 12 am. Donatos Pizza continues to be a beloved spot for those looking for a satisfying meal.
