Loved the donuts! They were perfectly sized and so good! We got some to celebrate my birthday and I’m so glad we stopped in! The manager was so sweet and nice. Everything is hand dipped and made. I cannot stress how good they were.
Walking up we weren't even sure if the place was open. Walked in and there was only 1 employee who scoffed upon our entrance and only greeted us with a "hi" when we did so first. our family of 5 picked out flavors we wanted and when we went to order, waited a few minutes for her to stop what she was doing and assist us. I’ve just experienced the worst customer service in my LIFE. I wasn’t greeted by anyone at the store. When I finally asked for assistance, the causer said, “what do you want” is most nasties tone you can think of. Additional, he continued to use racial derogatory comments and using gross language in from of customers. They young lady rung me out and was sacking because of the hostel environment he was causing.
