First off the mgr is a rude angry man and his staff is no better I ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant first one was sausage only. mgr acted as though it was my mistake! So he gave me a diff sandwich this had only egg on it lol so I take it back he was outraged that it was wrong with me of all things so just letting you know that getting at sausage egg and cheese croissant is difficult for them to make order water you may or may not get the cup.
Customer service is non-existent. No hi, no good morning, no thank you. Handed me my order in a crumpled up bag. No receipt, no napkins and order was wrong. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese english muffin and received sausage not bacon. Didn't know until I was already off down the road. It's not that complicated.

If this was Cleveland ave store, the staff was not professional, 1- they were very low on product, There was not a good choice, 2- the women kept calling me honey or baby, in which I did not like, 3- I was have coffee in the car, next to me both of the women were taking a smoke break.
