Tim Hortons is a community-oriented restaurant known for its strong commitment to supporting local education. The owner and team at the Northern Lights location have proven to be strong supporters and advocates for quality education in the community. They have been a loyal sponsor of Oakland Park Alternative Elementary School throughout the 2023-2024 school year. The staff at this location is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. In contrast, the Cleveland Avenue store has faced criticism for being low on products and having unprofessional staff. However, some employees have been praised for their exceptional service, making customers feel valued. Overall, Tim Hortons offers a varied experience, but the community involvement at Northern Lights and some outstanding staff members make it a recommended spot for those nearby.
