TBH, I'm from Massachusetts, and this is the only Dunkin within 1,500 miles that actually makes a great coffee. This is the only Dunkin within 1,500 miles seriously, I had to write it twice. Be proud Bethel Rd. Pro tip...don't serve old burnt coffee as iced coffee. That's it! Always fresh hot and always fresh iced. Thank you for not doing that.
The most consistent dunkin I have gone to. Coffee is usually always made right, for me at least.
The quality of the food has always been good so far and honestly better than some of the others in the area but the service could use some work. Every time I get delivery there are no issues however I can’t remember a time when I’ve gone through the drive thru and gotten any order correct.

Dunkin' is a popular donut shop that offers a variety of snacks and beverages. The restaurant is known for its friendly service, great coffee, and delicious donuts, including the customer favorite chocolate sprinkled donut. Many customers have praised the warm and friendly atmosphere, highlighting the excellent service provided by staff members who go above and beyond. The coffee is often described as rich, smooth, and full of flavor, showing that a lot of care goes into each cup. However, customers have experienced some inconsistencies, including limited menu availability late in the day and occasional issues with food temperature. While the staff is nice, it is recommended to use the drive-through if in a rush, as there may be delays during busy times. Overall, Dunkin' provides a convenient and enjoyable dining experience, with reasonably priced menu items and a focus on customer satisfaction.
