They weren’t open when I showed up even though the website said they were open. I even pulled up at 440 and the machine said they open at 4. Typically this is my go to place for coffee but today they just dropped the ball.
The new staff is rude and impatient.
Have been coming here for years and Brenda was the best attendant.
I enjoy customer service with a smile & there's 2 total employees who give that. I do not know the young man's name, but always has a smile on his face.

Probably one of the few locations where the sandwich looks like the photo. Very filling and well packaged.
