“I must say the young fella who took me and my mothers order was very kind and thorough in his presentation of the menu we knew nothing about it was our first time eating there and he was such a nice guy i wish i could of got his name however we thank you bunches! The food was super delicious!“
“We came here with our family after not visiting for at least a decade. The prices were high as we had remembered and the burgers were as expected/ordered. The fries were excellent and I would come back just to order the fries. We also enjoyed the staff and atmosphere; both were very friendly and inviting. The staff was very patient, kind, and helpful when needed. The place was very clean and tidy and was kept that way throughout our visit by staff constantly cleaning.“
“Had lunch Grandview Five Guys. Hamburg hot and flavorful. Fries well done as ordered.Great service considering my husband had to add bacon after the associate had totaled our order. He didn’t skip a beat just re-entered as needed for the new total. Every table inside and out was clean and so was the woman’s bathroom.“
“Same price as a hamburger at Disney World, at least Pinocchio served us there!! Here we stared at a floor full of peanut shells while waiting for our orders. Nothing special, for as much as it costs, 5 guys should've brought our order out & sang to us .. Go there if you want a puny burger for $8. If you want an adult size, it'll be $12. Not impressed.“
“An employee named (Ivy) went over and beyond her job for me today! First, I came in and forgot my wallet and when I was about to leave she reminded me that I can order online with one of the credit cards saved to my phone. So after I ordered and got my receipt for my UPSIDE account I noticed the last four digits of my credit card was not on there and that is required to get credit through Upside. She taught me how to go to my email and take a screenshot of receipt from email and upload it to my UPSIDE account because that was the only reason I decided to eat a t 5 Guys. Thank you (Ivy) for going over and beyond your Job Duties for me!!! You are an extraordinary employee!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!“

“I have a gluten allergy and the staff was very dedicated to keeping me safe. The lady (didn't catch her name) was super friendly and cautious throughout the whole process. She was smiling, friendly and had a little dance to her step as the music played. It made the atmosphere better. I literally got back to the table and said this was by far the best 5 guys experience I've ever had. That lady was SO nice!

“Promised Jennifer I'd shout them out Friday she and 2 gentlemen working lunchtime took care of me so well Friday 9/6 I'm so thankful I had to applaud the customer service I was exhausted and misplaced my card and they were really kind about it and we have to be loud about good service these days especially!
