As I cut into the cake, i was pleasantly surprised to see the many layers of cookie crust, cookie dough and caramel, the cheesecake and the yummy topping of whipped cream and chocolate chips. We are going to freeze half so we can enjoy the next few weekends.I ordered the cookie dough cheesecake 2 weeks prior to the day I needed it.
