I live a street over from this grocery store, so simply based on location I would visit. I finally stopped buying produce and meat when after multiple times my purchase has resulted in returning spoiled food the same or very next day. Frozen chicken strips that I opened an hour after purchasing, only to open the bag to the smell of spoiled meat. It took my breath away it smelled so bad. Wet dog food that was spoiled. Molded bread. Produce that spoiled after a day of purchasing. When you put my health and my family's health in danger, that is when I stop visiting your location. I have reported them to the local health department. This is N Please be cautious when purchasing food there..

This location just has a terrible selection. The produce selection is sad and usually lacking common items. The selections for gluten free, dairy free, vegan, ect don't exist.

Decent if you need to grab beer or a frozen pizza. The staff are usually helpful and nice but the fresh food can be past due or they don't have what your are looking for

What the whaaaat!? So the only negatives are... it's tiny, busy, and $10 credit card minimum.

This location gets unfairly low reviews. Look, this is a basic grocery store located in the borderlands of affluent German Village and an up and coming area of town. The result is a location that is trying to meet the needs of a very wide range of customers....and there are some characters in there sometimes. That's not Giant Eagle's problem....it's a result of the location. The footprint is small in comparison to Grandview or Upper Arlington, so you can't expect the range of product because the shelf space is not there. Overall, I've found the store to be clean enough and service to be good. The folks in the pharmacy are extremely professional and helpful. Overall, it's a well priced location that offers the staples and more. If you're upset that they don't carry your high-end specialty item, head to the larger stores in Grandview or Dublin. This location has to serve a lager community with a wide income range. Overall: This store is clean and provides a good service to this area...and has all the basics you need.

This grocery store can be convenient when you need to pick up a few staple items, but don't expect to find anything more than the basics at this location. Their product selection is less than satisfactory overall. Items a larger footprint grocery store would carry can't be found here (i.e. pretzel chips, protein noodles & Ezekiel bread just to make a few). Parking isn't horrible, there are often close spots available. But overall this grocery store should be for desperate/last minute runs only

Love my pharmacist, Tina. She's knowledgeable, effective, efficient, and understanding.

Gross, all produce is moldy and or not ripe I'm sure the health department should shut this place down.

Worst GE EVER! I would starve, beg or go without before stepping a foot in this location. Besides the filth, limited items, over priced everything, and the worst customer service in town... wait where was I going with that . Oh yeah this place needs to close and rethink its BRANDING! It's so close but not worth the headache and breaking of the bank to eat something you really didn't come for. I'll stick to my Market District even if its almost 5 miles away and 20+ mins to get to during rush hour traffic!

Deplorable customer service went to buy beer and two gallons of water wanted check out at self check out. The manger was at the customer service did nothing to help only made things by having other employees help out. You think if you work retail you want to do your best to keep people happy and keep the lines moving. Not once did a employee offer to help, they must be d*** or too stoned know how to do their jobs. This is the second time this weekend the first time a tall women came over while eating and talking with food in her mouth only to tell us she can't help us she is on her break then why aren't you in the back eating?

Convienant and generally friendly staff however probably one of the worst giant eagles in terms of finding what you need. Very limited selection and are often out of the things they do carry. Also overpriced compared to Kroger. My fiancé ran over to pick up some chorizo today and not only did they not have it but no one who worked in the meat department knew what it was and looked at him like he was crazy. How do you work in a meat department and not know what chorizo is?

Lackluster produce and meat/seafood selection. Seems like the forgotten child of Giant Eagles.

This is probably the worse Giant Eagle I have ever gone too. The employees are unfriendly and downright grouchy. If I didn't live in the area and pass on my way to work in the morning, I would not shop here. They could take lessons from the friendly staff at the Grove City location.

Smelly, dark and dirty feeling. In dire need of a wreck and rebuild. Giant eagle should really look at the demographic of this neighborhood and act accordingly. To be avoided unless it's a quick pick up.
