This location gets unfairly low reviews. Look, this is a basic grocery store located in the borderlands of affluent German Village and an up and coming area of town. The result is a location that is trying to meet the needs of a very wide range of customers....and there are some characters in there sometimes. This grocery store can be convenient when you need to pick up a few staple items, but don't expect to find anything more than the basics at this location. Their product selection is less than satisfactory overall. Items a larger footprint grocery store would carry can't be found here (i.e. pretzel chips, protein noodles & Ezekiel bread just to make a few). Parking isn't horrible, there are often close spots available. But overall this grocery store should be for desperate/last...read full review

This is probably the worse Giant Eagle I have ever gone too. The employees are unfriendly and downright grouchy. If I didn't live in the area and pass on my way to work in the morning, I would not shop here. They could take lessons from the friendly staff at the Grove City location.
