“What an amazing retreat! Starting my own weight loss journey and UAN is a major part of my success! Love the variety of drinks/shakes and bowls…I haven’t found one I don’t love! Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable on all products and are motivating too!

“Ordered for the first time, take out. Went into the restaurant, they have many options to select from. I got there, spicy chicken and lamb combo, which comes with rice, salad and a drink.
The plate was simple, the meat was fresh, seasoned and tender. The rice was aromatic and went well with the meat, will def come back here when in mood for rice and meat. 8/10.“
“Farmer’s Fridge is a surprisingly good choice, especially when none of the airport eateries serve vegan food. It has saved me on more than one occasion. The souped-up vending machine offers local, freshly-made food. The vegan options are not marked, so you have to read through the ingredients. “The Playa Bowls in New Albany is amazing! I order from there often for lunch during the work week or for breakfast on the weekend. I have tried many different bases and have not found one I didn’t like. When you order in store the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they will also give you a sample of the base if you are unsure. When you order through the app and get delivery they send texts throughout the process letting you know about the status of your order! I very much enjoy this brand, their staff, and the food!!!! Give them a try :)“
