At House of Japan, children will love the amazing chef show at the table, with lots of fire. The portions are big, the fried rice has too much butter, and the house salad dressing is warm. Stick to white rice for contrast and choose chicken over steak or shrimp, as everything tastes the same. The staff is attentive, the atmosphere laid back, and Chef Randy cooks well. Some issues with the ginger dressing and lack of soup for lunch, but overall a nice Japanese Steakhouse worth another try.
