We stopped by Island Fusion’s truck at a festival today to grab some chicken wings to take home for a family member, not 2 minutes later we were three wings gone and we HAD to go back for more. The wings were DELICIOUS, the perfect amount of seasoning, cooked till crispy and tender, great portion size for your money (but warning you will want to get more)!! 10/10 recommend‼️we will pull up anywhere they are, hope to see them more and eventually try everything on the menu🤤👏🏽Picture...read full review

Jerk Chicken is fall off the bone tender with great seasoning. Plantains, Mac and cheese, and candied yams are great. The food truck also makes the best Patty's. Good food and good vibes, with reggae music playing.
