I've been here twice for 2 sons and the people| working the desk are always pleasant. Plenty of snacks and comfortable seating to make the soldiers comfortable while waiting for flights.
Customer service at its best. Every time I have entered the door, I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. They go out of their way to make me comfortable. They are not the biggest airport USO, but what they lack in size they make up for with exceptional customer service.Finally, they always thank me for my service. I am the one that is truly thankful for what they and all of the USOs around the country do to support the members of the Uniformed Services and our families.

Enjoyed my time hanging out with Jeff and Joanne. They were so nice and welcoming. Put a puzzle together with Joanne and had an amazing time talking to Jeff while waiting for my parents flight to get in. Next time I'm heading to Columbus I'm going to stop by.
