“If I could give them 100 stars I would I placed a catering order for two boxes of mini subs and 15 bags of chips for 1130. There were other large catering orders in here and when I tell you these workers in here were going to town getting the job done efficient friendly 1000 stars. They should definitely be recognized for how hard they work and remaining friendly all while under pressure“

“I had an issue with my recent order from Jersey Mike’s where everything was made incorrectly, including the bread. It was definitely frustrating at first, especially when you’re expecting a good meal and it doesn’t turn out right.

But what really stood out was how they handled it afterward. The General Manager, Manny, personally reached out to me and made things right. He invited me back in, had my entire order remade correctly, and even threw in chips and drinks on the house.

When I went back, the staff who remade my food were awesome super understanding, patient, and genuinely cared about fixing the situation. You could tell they wanted to make sure I left happy this time.

Because of how Manny and the team handled everything, they completely turned the experience around. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is what matters and they absolutely delivered.

“Jersey Mike’s subs are definitely better than those of Subway and Jimmy John. The red wine improves their subs to the next level. My personal view is that their cold subs are much better than their grilled ones. Cheese and proteins are freshly cut and vegetables are also fresh. This location is close to west campus with great food quality, and fast and friendly service.“

My colleague and I ordered delivery on their app because we’re the only 2 people working today, and we can’t have less than 2 people in the building. Unfortunately they forgot one of our drinks, so I called to see if there was any way to get it delivered.

The manager came down himself and brought the drink to us and apologized for the inconvenience of it all. I have never had a better experience with a Jersey Mikes before! “Okay so truthfully, I've always been a fan of Philly cheesesteaks. I think y'all know this, and I've also always been a fan of Jersey Mike's Philly cheesesteaks. So the combination of both was simply unique at this one due to the fact that the customer service as well as location and the spin that the young brother who fix my son put on it. He told me to get the Chipotle mayo and did it well. I must say this is one of the best places on campus to grab some food and keep on pushing. Quick, easy, right there on High Street. Campus straight back to class or come from the house straight back home. Simple right? Make sure if you get that Philly cheesesteak it got the red peppers, in the Chipotle mayo on their. Enjoy!!!
