“Although it was Superbowl Sunday (busy, busy, busy), the staff was extremely accommodating. Of course, the subs were delicious as usual! Although I normally order from their app which is excellent, I found ordering in the Sunbury Rd store location also extremely easy and pleasant.“

“Went in today, 3/15. Was right before close which I didn’t realize. They put the slicer that was freshly cleaned back together to take our order.

The 3 guys in here took great care of us (didn’t catch names) took their time, made sure everything was 100% for us.
The food is Jersey Mikes you can’t really go wrong but the service is what really stood out and was much appreciated.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to thank the wonderful team at Jersey Mike's Subs on Schrock Rd. in Columbus, OH. I ordered a sandwich via DoorDash today, but when it was delivered, I noticed that the seal appeared to be tampered with and the sandwich wrapping looked like someone had opened it.

After calling DoorDash customer service and getting the runaround, I decided to call the store. A kind manager advised me to reach out to DoorDash for a remake. However, when DoorDash refused to assist, I opted to visit the store in person.

To my relief, the nice manager on duty remade my sandwich for free. I was so grateful, as I had a rough day and really needed a kind gesture. The sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in a long time.
