I will start off by saying that their wheat bread is absolutely delicious.
However, the customer service was lacking. The staff was not at all helpful and that was disappointing for people who do not come to Jimmy John's all of the time.
For the price of $37.05, it should have been a pleasant experience in my humble opinion.
The music was too loud, which usually means they don't want you to stay inside.

The one on Front Steet and Greenlawn near German Village is the best, neat clean everthing is perfect great customer service. I been there 2 times perfect everytime. Owner or manager should take them out for steak or night out.
Is it Jimmy John's stance to accuse their customers of something before they ever enter the store? People here are rude as hell
