So Jimmy John’s cancelled my online order due to the fact they were closing early, and had no delivery drivers but they charged me. They are refusing to refund me or respond to my complaints. They even took a tip!!! I’m out almost $20. They refused to even respond to the BBB or my complaints to their generic email. Anyone know who owns the Morse Rd franchise, so I don’t have to spend a ton of time researching? It’s the principle, at this point.

Just from my experience I don’t think nobody should work up their cause they not paying me they not trya give me my money for working on my days off that I showed up .
I will never go their again!
This is a franchise company I was a employee their but they playing about my money I can’t even buy nothing for Christmas for my family cause they not giving me my money !
