KFC in Columbus

“I went through the drive through and the young lady was so sweet. She had to make the pot pies for me and I waited in my car. When they were finished she brought them out to me, she absolutely didn’t have to do that. They pot pies were amazing and had plenty of chicken. Will definitely go back.“

“This KFC is spot on! Had issues at stringtown rd one but this one made up for it. Chicken was extra crispy! They were out of biscuits and offered a substitute instead of a 20 minute wait. Love that they offered an alternative. Will definitely be back“

“Spent $100 and got delivered $10 of food. Had to go to KFC to get food back and still didn't get everything. The staff at the KFC is awesome! It was doordash driver's fault for grabbing and delivering wrong and doordash won't take responsibility.“

“We went through the drive thru for a late lunch yesterday and the worker was great! He talked us through a couple of options since we don’t go to KFC often. Service was fast and attentive. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the biscuit had a crispy outside and soft inside. The lemonade tasted “weird” so my mom dumped it.“

“Great customer service! Google says they don’t close until 11, THEY CLOSE AT 10! Not knowing this, I pulled in the drive thru around 9:50. Staff was very understanding and attentive. My food still came out great. I apologized and made sure to post this!“

“I enjoy eating the meals. Especially the chicken bowls, and the amazing pot pie! The pot pie is incredible to me! I love dark meat like the thigh and leg meals.

My complaint is that sometimes They run out of items and don't tell you (late at night). My family works at hospitals, late shifts. For example, your chicken bowl Wont have gravy or corn. Just chicken, mashed potatoes, and shredded cheese (or not at times).

You won't know until you get home. Or you go and they tell you up front they almost out of everything "good." This could be due to the delivery truck/supply delays during the Pandemic. Maybe.“

“My boyfriend and I order from this location a lot (very close to where we live) and the other night we ordered online pretty late. When I went to pick it up, there was two employees working (as far as I can tell, a young man and woman) and let me tell ya, they were busy and stressing. For being over worked, and understaffed…these two employees did an amazing job.To who ever they were, thank you for your hard work and patience. We will continue to order from your store and will always give you a great review.“

“Had a great experience today at kfc , I was having a hard time waiting for laundry so I walked in and ordered . The gentleman there was so nice even though his shift just ended he gave me an extra kfc sauce since I’ve never tried it and made sure my order came out hot and ready. I wasn’t a fan of the nuggets with Carolina gold a bit to greasy but the chicken sandwiches never miss“

“I want my chicken cooked fresh out the grease and they told me it will be a few minutes so it took a little longer than a few minutes and I got an extra potato popper for my weight. I thought that was cool. I didn’t mind at all and I got an extra potatopopper.“

The tables were all dirty of crumbs when arrived, had to ask an employee to wipe off a table. I think there chairs could be wiped down several times a year, if not monthly. The tables definitely should be cleaned daily, especially with the oils that can be tracked due to the absorbing through the paper bags & Parchment paper.“
