Pleasently suprised got the 8 PC bucket extra crispy family meal deal at the drive thru. Everything was fresh and excellent. Will be back for sure.. They were out of all dipping sauces and honey.
Now I understand why the reviews are so low. I went through the drive thru at 10pm. One hour before the posted closing time. No one answered when I said hello multiple times. I sat there for a minute or so before leaving. As i drive around the building to leave, I saw 2 employees inside on their cell phones doing nothing. I guess they don't want any business.

KFC serves amazing and fresh food, with clean-tasting chicken that has impressed customers. The restaurant has improved significantly under new management. While there may be some inconsistencies in cooking, with some pieces being overcooked, the food is generally okay. Service can be slow, but the staff is nice and polite. Prices have increased, and there may be limitations in beverage options. Despite this, KFC is working to find its groove and return to its former greatness.
