Mastro's Steakhouse is a high-end American-style steakhouse located in Easton Town Center, fitting perfectly into the energy of the area. It is a go-to choice for both corporate functions and personal nights out, consistently delivering on food, service, and atmosphere. The interior is decorated beautifully, though tables in the main dining area can be close together, contributing to a vibrant, sometimes loud atmosphere with live music, where one can still carry a conversation. The restaurant enforces a dress code, but a suit jacket is not required.

The menu features fine steaks, such as a perfectly cooked 18oz bone-in strip and a well-seasoned, tender filet, paired with seafood appetizers, sushi, and classic soup and salad combos. Entrees like the sea bass are delicious, though the branzino can be underwhelming in flavor. Notable sides include rich lobster mashed potatoes, garlic potatoes, creamed corn, and XL options like twice baked potatoes, lobster mac & cheese, and broccolini. Appetizers like the crab cocktail and carpaccio, however, can seem bland. Desserts look pretty but may not deliver the expected payoff. The restaurant offers a la carte dining, with well-prepared cocktails served in a shaker, and an extensive drink menu featuring $300 wine specials and a select whiskey list.

Service is attentive, professional, and top-notch, from servers to managers, making celebrations feel warm and inviting. The private events team is organized and experienced, making corporate meetings seamless. While the experience has considerable flash and pizzazz, some find the price very high for the overall value. The restaurant is relatively new and may have some kinks, like slow service when busy or a blinding sunset through west-facing windows, but the heavenly food and excellent service make it a place many would love to return to.
