Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill Reviews
Terrible experience. It took 30 minutes for an appetizer, then another 30 minutes for food. They were out of Pepsi and bacon. I ordered ravioli and it came out cold although the sauce was extra hot. My salad didn’t come out and when I mentioned it it took another 10 minutes for one to come out, at which time everyone else was done eating. Waiter offered to heat up my meal.
It was out first time there and the menu looked promising, but we will not likely be back due to the...read full review

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill offers a mixed dining experience. The restaurant is known for its delicious gluten-free pizza, which customers praise as one of the best, though the price can be higher, with a three-topping gluten-free pizza costing around $28-$29. The atmosphere can be loud, making conversations difficult, but the decor features fun pictures on the walls and vintage Tiffany-style lamps over the tables, creating a lively and inviting space. It is also a kid-friendly place with ample seating for families and wheelchair accessibility at the entrance.
Some diners have had mixed experiences with menu items. One guest mentioned that their food was gross, though others at the table enjoyed their meals, indicating that ordering choices matter. The restaurant's large TVs cater to sports fans, and the bar service is praised. Service has generally been positive, with staff, including the hostess, waiters, and managers, described as attentive and friendly. Recent reviews highlight excellent service from staff like Grant and Ryan, who were attentive despite busy periods, and noted that the Brussel sprouts were not greasy and very good.
However, there have been complaints about food quality. Some dishes, such as the chicken and noodle dinner, have caused confusion, and some menu items like "JUMBO ONION RINGS" have arrived cold and did not meet expectations. The restaurant management appears responsive, offering to compensate for dissatisfaction when needed. Overall, while the pizza remains a highlight, guests are advised to choose carefully from the menu, keeping in mind the lively environment.
