Wow, I have never ever seen a bathroom so dirty!! It smelt like weed and there was ashes all over the counter and in both sinks and had trash in both urinals. The people hangout outside of the bathrooms made me feel unsafe. There was a small group of what looked to me migrants in the lobby that kept staring at me.. I recommend only going through the drive thru if you come here. I have never seen anything like this before. The staff was nice, the food was correct and fast.

to start it off, the food is decent on a good day (rarely) this mcdonalds tends to waste time got my time wasted twice, nobody is ever at the register, AND the cherry on top is they almost poisoned my family because of undercooked food. never coming back have a good life.

If you live on South Hamilton this is the go to, the other McDonald's 5miles down the road that sits next to Rallys is the most ghetto unsanitary place I've ever been to. I will happily drive 10mins out of the way to this location because of the Profesionalism and cleanliness. Thank

Me and my wife got old burgers and had stomach issues afterward! It's crazy how they went up in price and not quality control. They will serve you poison here! I will never return here and I hope you don't take that risk

Please, someone, find a person to come and train these young people at this McDonald's.Ordered a steak egg cheese mcgriddle meal with small coffee.The wait wasn't too long, but the service was poor. First of all, the young man with the headset who came to the counter was dressed in a dirty looking florescent safety vest. The kind I wear for construction or I seemed to understand that he needed a new jacket and he probably can't afford one. But at least wash the one he's wearing in the food preparation area.Then another young man brings my food to the front counter while 3 other customers are standing there, and he hands my food to the first person he sees. He never announced what the order was, of course. I had to yell, "That's my order." But the other customer ordered 2 big breakfasts.Then I check the order after the other customer hands it to me, and the hashbrowns are not in the bag.I personally blame the franchise owner. Poor kids are without proper training !
