McDonald's, a well-known fast-food restaurant, offers a mixed dining experience. While one location is praised for its professionalism and cleanliness, another is described as "ghetto" and "unsanitary." Customers report varying experiences, with some receiving the correct order and hot, fresh fries, while others encounter stale buns or incorrect orders. The restaurant's mobile app and rewards program are highlighted as positive features, and the staff is often praised for their friendly service.
