Not sure how authentic the food is. The cumin lamb dish has too many whole cumin seeds. The seeds failed to provide the flavor and made the meat tasted bitter. The "Guo Bao Rou" (fried pork)， supposed the local specialty, is quite lame. I do like the fried eggplant in garlic source. Been meaning to try this place for years now, finally made it in. This place rules. I can’t wait to go back. Had the spicy beef noodle soup and spring rolls. Spring rolls were a little undercooked but I can forgive it. The soup was great, and an absolute ton of food. The guy who took my order was great. No notes. Keep it up.

Seriously one of my favorite Chinese restaurants I've ever had. The twice fried fish is my favorite but the entire menu slaps. Definitely a spot to check out atleast once, don't mind the appearance the food makes up for it!
