“We are right outside of the delivery zone by a couple houses. I called tonight and the manager Tae answered, and she said they would absolutely deliver to us! We haven’t received our food just yet. But I’m hopeful that Tae will make sure we are taken care of and make sure we get our Garlic Butter Sauce. Tae, thank you for your amazing customer service! Every business ends up getting a bad review eventually so I wouldn’t go based off the reviews on this location, the food was excellent and the manager Pamela was really caring! I’m so thankful I ordered from this papa johns and definitely will be ordering again.. Might need to have the driver employee or the staff check their boxes for gnats in between, behind, or under the stack. Opened our box to a few flying out tonight... either sewer gnats infestation from a floor drain or gnats in the box stacks before they fold them... recommend checking your supplier and reporting it to them if you find any in the boxes. It means it's the warehouse making the boxes who have the infestation. (I killed the few that flew out of the box) my recommendation is fixing this before there's a bigger issue, if they are sewer gnats, your city plumbing is possibly backed up under your building. I won't be eating here again until the infestation is found and removed. Other, possibility is they're living in your pepperoni supply 🤢“

“I've always had an awesome experience every time with this Papa John's. This specific location is timely and consistent with their pizza. I know, because I worked temporarily in Cali. And I ordered the same kind of pizza from Papa out there and it was absolutely disgusting.You won't get that here. This is a well run location with consistently yummy pizza and the delivery staff is always friendly.“

“Paul was super helpful! For #1 there was a super huge mistake due to Papa Joes taking my order as if they were PaPa John’s. It was a delivery order and when I came to the store Paul expressed what possibly happened and corrected my order through PaPa John’s!! “We had an issue at a store level called the store they called general manager, general manager personally came to my house refunding me my money for the issue that I had for my whole order working in the customer service, this truely means a lot to know that there are other people out there like this and wanting to make things right and build that rapport with the customers!!
