“We are right outside of the delivery zone by a couple houses. I called tonight and the manager Tae answered, and she said they would absolutely deliver to us! We haven’t received our food just yet. But I’m hopeful that Tae will make sure we are taken care of and make sure we get our Garlic Butter Sauce. Tae, thank you for your amazing customer service! “Received outstanding service this evening from Matthew. Dude was singlehandedly preparing all the food while also helping customers like myself figure out payment options since the in-store register was down. Even with everything going on, my order was ready in no time flat. I don't often write reviews but I had to hop on here and give props to a true professional. “I often Door Dash here. And I've loved it ever since I walked in the door. The Staff are always friendly, courteous, and professional. The Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza is so good, I could INHALE it LOL. It's honestly the best thing about the pizza. Their brownie & their Pull Apart Cinnamon Buns are just icing on the cake.

“I am not one to give nice reviews, but this one gets a 12/10. The amount of staff on duty, combined with how busy they are, they still provide some of the best papa johns I have ever had.

They provide a consistent product, strive to ask how it was and strive to make the perfect pizza.

I ordered a Large, extra pepperoni, extra cheese pizza, well done ($9.99 deal). I did do Carryout because I think that’s the best way to get your pizza. No blaming the weather, traffic, and whatnot = fresh pizza review.

Perfection. Derric is the one who gets my perfect pizza award for 2025 AND 2026.“

“My husband accidentally ordered our pick up online and didn’t add the correct pick time. When I arrived to pick up order, it had been sitting there for over 3 hours. The staff said they would remake it for me right away with no charge. Very kind considering it was fully our error while ordering. Great service!“

“I recently ordered a pizza and was very impressed! The pizza was truly delicious — the crust was soft, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and everything was made with care. I’d also like to highlight the staff — very attentive and considerate, they take all customer preferences into account, even the smallest details. “I wanted to give an A++ to Javon (spelling might be wrong) at this Papa John's location who went above and beyond for my family tonight. I accidentally called in an order to the wrong location and he not only helped me get an order in but made sure I got my pizza as quickly as possible so I could feed my hungry kids after a really long day. Excellent customer service. Thank you! I hope someone in management sees this. He also mentioned extra savings if we used the app!“

“I have visited this Pizza Hut several times over the past summer and have always had a positive experience. The service was timely, and the food consistently met expectations, so I’m a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews. In my opinion, it’s a good spot if you’re looking for a solid meal.

That said, I would strongly encourage management to consider installing proper air conditioning for the employees. On multiple occasions when I picked up my order, the pickup area was noticeably hotter than the outside temperature. Despite these conditions, the staff remained consistently kind, respectful, and attentive. Their dedication deserves to be matched by a more comfortable working environment.“

“Seems like the last couple weeks there's only been only one employee on site to open the store and prepare orders to on Friday. Be prepared to have excessive wait time on your orders during this time. Can't just go in and pick up and get right out, you're going to wait awhile. Employees are friendly and helpful, service just takes forever.“

“We had an issue at a store level called the store they called general manager, general manager personally came to my house refunding me my money for the issue that I had for my whole order working in the customer service, this truely means a lot to know that there are other people out there like this and wanting to make things right and build that rapport with the customers!!
