The ONLY reason I'm giving a so so rating was because they knew they messed up the pizza crust and still served it to me. I guess when they were taking it out of the oven they tore up about a third of the pizza. The toppings and everything else was good. It just made it messy trying to eat it. I know they were having a hard time that night and I feel bad for them because one guy walked out. I just wish they would have not messed up the crust, because I would have given them...

chronically understaffed
often with only one employee working in the store. i only ever pickup so delivery information is unknown. the gentleman i’ve most often encountered is moving at a full clip literally the entire time. Is visibly stressed, i don’t want to speak too much on his emotional state because that’s not for me to determine but he’s bookin it.
do i think this has an effect on quality? I do. though i don’t put this critique on any employee...
