It was a father's day. These 2 gentlemen were drowned in orders and when I went there they were running behind but they asked me for 20 more minutes instead of canceling the order. The guy (apologies for forgetting the name) in the black tee from another location delivered his promise, apologized for the delay and when I went there back to pick it up despite all the chaos and rudeness in -person and on the phone he delivered me with a smile. I'll say worth a wait for...
This location is great unless something big is scheduled to happen like a football game, hockey game etc. Unfortunately they just don’t have the staffing to accommodate a night like that. Pizza will never be on time, warm or cut and they will always forget the extra sauce. I knew better than to order a pizza from here tonight but did it anyway in hopes that the owners got their shit together. They didn’t.
