I have been to Ritzy's 5 times since the reopening, and 5 times the food and service have been terrible. I commented this on a FB ad of theirs on my feed. People have gone back with me in the comments over my opinion. That's nothing out of the ordinary.
But what REALLY earned Ritzy's a 1star review, is the behavior of Ritzy's employee "Corey."

Very good burger and I loved the shoe string fries. Everything was very fresh and delicious.
Ritzys is the perfect smash burger place. It’s a classic, simple smash burger done perfectly. From the melty cheese over a slightly crispy burger edge to crispy shoestring fries, this place is a very nostalgic. It’s also a reasonable drive from anywhere in the city. The staff is super friendly and fast, and the food is so craveable.
