I am writing to request a refund for a mobile app order that I was unable to receive.
On Friday evening Feb 27th (receipt dated Feb 28 after midnight), I placed an order through the Sonic app for pickup at store #5890.When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, I wasinformed by staff that the kitchen had closed early and that my order could not be prepared. As a result, I did not receive the food I paid for.

I’m originally from Oklahoma…(the headquarters of Sonic Drive-In)…so I’ve been eating at Sonic for almost 50 years. I’ve been to good Sonics, and I’ve been bad ones, but I’ve never had a problem with the one on Gemini Place in Polaris! Keep up the good work! You’re awesome! 💯
