“We were a party of 7. I booked online to make it easy and they could expect us. As expected when we arrived we were immediacy seated ( Saturday 4:30 reservation) Service was great. Food was great. We alerted server of a food allergy her and the rest of the kitchen team went out of their way to clean out the fryer and put in fresh oil so that my niece could have french fries. This was super thoughtful. When we went, it was not super busy, but it did pick up quickly and get loud in the restaurant - though it is a sports bar, - it DOES carry restaurant quality, and I would most definitely recommend. Our servers name was Aryanna- she was top notch!!!“

“Didn't eat. Just had a drink with friends & I got there late. Prices are about the average for drinks.
Was told I needed to go to the bar to get my drink there was no table service. Waited about 10 minutes before someone came to take my drink order. Was told it was cash only and couldn't have a tab. That was fine I had cash.
A couple other people i was with had food as well as drinks. I was beyond surprised when the bartender who had told me cash only and no tabs approached asked them if they were ready to close out their tab or if they needed anything else. Both paid with a card.
I'm not sure if they are regulars there and that was why? I am not sure how often they frequent but this was my first time. The other person who was at the bar also getting a drink when I was there was told it was cash only and no tabs as well.“

“We are from out of town and needed to feed 16 people after our original plan fell through. I called and spoke to Jeremy and he was quick to accommodate. I have to say the service was impeccable and so was the food. Every one of our orders was perfectly prepared and delicious. Our server ( I’m sorry i don’t remember her name, but I’m sure she knows who we are talking about) was amazing and professional and never missed a beat! I would highly recommend this establishment !! “Love this place, but really? Kitchen closes at 9pm during Ohio State and Notre Dame Championship game that started at 730. It’s 9pm, the house is packed, not an empty seat, not even halftime and the kitchen is closed. And they call themselves the number one place to watch the Buckeyes…kitchen would be opened if I ran this place.“

“If you’re looking for some of the best wings in Columbus, look no further. Found this place online after a quick search for wings. The wings were so good, I actually went back a second time in less than a week. The vibes were typical bar vibes, the service was better the second visit but the food was great both times. We tried the Mac n Cheese, wasn’t bad at all but nothing that I’d order again. The wings are what I went for and I’d recommend those as a 10/10!“

“First time I ever eat here, I was passing through. They were super busy but we only waited 30mins and appetizers came out within 5 mins or so. Food was out within about 20 mins. We did not order a single thing that didn't taste phenomenal!

I was worried their pizza would be too thin of crust since they don't make anything other than that, but it tasted so good I forgot it was thin crust. It wasn't a crunchy thin crust either, it was soft dough.

Their boneless wings were absolutely amazing. We will absolutely be going back.“

Bands outside at Gabby's and in August, Iron Cross is having a 40th reunion gig on Gabby's patio. THE BROTHERS GRIMM will open and graying Northland High School alums will ROCK! I can't find the date on the Iron Cross website! Stupid hippies. And Gabby's website doesnt list entertainment or dates? Come on people! Get it together!? The characters who are regulars ARE entertaining though! Watch your car and park by the patio entrance...... cars have been stolen in front of Gabby's and the old Northland hood is sketchy!“

“This bar epitomizes the home town old school vibe(this bar has been in business since the 1930's)! Punky and Aggie behind the bar are pure awesomeness! I am from Cleveland and always look for old school bars when I travel. This bar is one of the best I ever stopped into. The wait was well over an hour and half for a table. The staff and owner not only gave my children free drinks but they found us a spot out of the way so my children could eat pizza without waiting. “We have made this spot our date night club; the music starts out with our ole school and music we can relate to, once it turns, its our time to leave because the crowd changes. “My wife and I came here for Blackbird Burrito which the food is incredible for the price. Fresh as fresh can be and the burrito was fully loaded like Chipotle used to be.

What surprised me is I went to the bar and ordered a Guinness. I then watched in absolute joy that they knew how to pour a proper Guinness. As they say it was an absolute creamer. 9/10 Guinness pour. I only deduct a point because it was in a standard pint glass and not a Guinness glass.“

“So I went here on a late Sunday afternoon during football season. Very busy but was able to get a table without waiting. Took a little bit to get order, it was very busy with NFL on, but got order in, came out in a timely manner, and was good. In the end that's all that matters.“

“The old owner (Tim) has taken back ownership and he has been turning the bar around. He has gotten a few tables redone. I enjoy running my TAP league out of his bar. We have fun. You get the non league players enjoy watching and talking to us. It’s nice“

“The location of the bar is at a great location to get you connected to alot of spots in north Columbus. Like the Mall, the Movie theater etc, So This is great place to extend your date night or get watch the Game if you are in the middle of errands or just finished the movie at the theater. The food is exceptional for what you would normally think at a bar. The wings and the fish are amazing, and they have a great patio, if busy the bar area can have limited spacing, the patio can definably make up for it. “Went into Gaswerks with some friends and had the best time! Great deals and had such a fun time. I was served by the sweetest girl named Claire. She helped my whole group and spent time talking about her college time. Wonderful food as well from the bus. Will visit again to play some more games!“
