We had a large order equaling over $45 the caramel macchiato we ordered tasted like water. No protective sleeve which was hard to hold due to the heat of the cup. Ordered sriracha for our egg bites wasn’t in the bag and my daughter wouldn’t eat them without it.
Try to order in app at 7:40pm and all the sudden it not taking orders. I drive ten minutes there, walk in at 7:52pm and the lights are out she be mopping. Ok it say you open to 8pm that is seven minutes to make my drink but all she do is make excuses. Its the only starbucks in the middle of nowhere you want to close early change the time on the door.
My daughter and I love Starbucks. We usually get their Vanilla Chai tea latte (hot) and hot chocolate with a cake pop and cheese danish. It was so good. The customer service this past Tuesday was superb.
