My daughter and I love Starbucks. We usually get their Vanilla Chai tea latte (hot) and hot chocolate with a cake pop and cheese danish. It was so good. The customer service this past Tuesday was superb.
I was eating my food and having my coffee, and wouldn't you know an employee had to start sweeping at that very moment. Nothing more irritating than dirt swirling around your food.
They were swapping shifts when I got here which resulted in a long wait. New staff didn’t know how to make my drink (one of the advertised fall ones) so it took awhile. They were friendly about it tho and place was tidy
