Post covid good and bad at SnS. Food still good but today the fries were barely warm. Post covid menu limited. Miss salads, fish sandwich, sundaes served in glass. I like that there is still inside seating but no one seems intent on regular cleaning, If only cleaning materials were publicly available for easy self-clean up before/after dine-in, that would be great. Happy to keep meals affordable by helping with wiping down a table since staffing can be problematic.

Update September 2024: this place has improved dramatically. Ordered food has been on time and the drive thru even moves as quickly as any other fast food place.

This is my prior review I wrote first in 2013 and updated in 2022. I don't want them to forget how bad they used to be so I'm leaving it here below lol.
Slowest Steak n Shake EVER.

Today I tried this Steak n Shake again thinking that there was no possible way...

As I walked in the place I was instantly greeted buy an employee named Michael and he showed us how to use the kiosk and where we can have a seat at our orders were brought up properly fresh and hot and just as we order it and I think the manager named Harold came out and made sure that our food was great good job
