“Food was excellent, have tried to resolve a charge on my CC. After 4 calls I have not gotten any resolution or return calls. I guess my expectation of service was too high. I thought I was dealing with a service-oriented restaurant not a chain steakhouse.“

“I dont recall the gentlemans name that served us last night but for someone who only eats halal food. They hit the spot with the halal steaks. We had a steak, lamb chops, Mac n cheese and the bread oh and the salad. Everything was on point and nothing was left on the plate. Good job guys.
You have to valet for pay for your own parking which was 6 bucks. The meal cost $250.“

“Everything was great except we had gnats flying around us our entire meal. The food was great, the service was top notch and our food came out right away. If it would have been one or two gnats, we could have dealt with it but it was several and it became very annoying.“

“I’ve been going to THE TOP for many years, so I have seen many changes. We went there last night to celebrate another one of my Birthdays. It was as perfect as perfect could be. We had a 7:00 reservation, and were promptly taken to our table. Our server, David, was AMAZING !! He knows his stuff. Very attentive without being obsequious. Our food was DELICIOUS !!! French Onion Soup(an old time favorite), Blackened Scallops over Risotto,NY Strip,Loaded Baked Potato, Broccoli and CRÈME Brûlée for dessert. Wonderful wine and drink selection, too !! I forgot to mention the bread service !! Quite tasty, too!! We chose to sit on the patio and it was awesome. A great Birthday celebration and being at THE TOP was like celebrating with an old friend, again !!“

“Our waiter made this service 5 stars easily, young man long hair and a beard and I think glasses. He was extremely polite and determined to make sure everything was perfect even waited for us to cut our steaks to make sure they were perfect. Food was already great. Never had that from a waiter, he made sure we had boxes as our food was coming out as needed, appetizer salad side and main because our table was small. To top it off when he brought us the check he also brought us to go cups filled. Completely unheard of. I tipped him well and thought about it and waited again before I left to give him another tip.“

They were supportive of each other which is needed to keep a restaurant flow going. Are food was tasty but on the salty side. Will go back.“

“Excellent service with Michelle as we were celebrating a 16th birthday and had confetti and lights on the table- truly special for our granddaughter- food was excellent as always and took home for the rest of the family to enjoy!! You should order the Pittsburgh sear for the steak as it makes it delicious!!“

“At first there was going to be a problem with considering our party of 6 a large party and having to only have 2 checks, we were a party of 3 couples, 2 couples were meeting for the first time, so we were doing 3 checks, after discussing with the manager and there were no posting of this being a policy we were able to have 3 separate checks. Service was good, Food was excellent, Steak, Salmon roasted chicken were delicious. I had not been in a while to the Columbus location, there has been alot of changes even the menu, Keep improving.“
