“Our waiter made this service 5 stars easily, young man long hair and a beard and I think glasses. He was extremely polite and determined to make sure everything was perfect even waited for us to cut our steaks to make sure they were perfect. Food was already great. Never had that from a waiter, he made sure we had boxes as our food was coming out as needed, appetizer salad side and main because our table was small. To top it off when he brought us the check he also brought us to go cups filled. Completely unheard of. I tipped him well and thought about it and waited again before I left to give him another tip.“

“First time to this location. Restaurant was clean. Service was great. Server was Melby. He was attentive. Never asked for anything because it was always there. The workers functioned as a team. They were supportive of each other which is needed to keep a restaurant flow going. Are food was tasty but on the salty side. Will go back.“

“When attending a dinner for my dad's 76th birthday, the staff made him feel like a king. We arrived to a table already set with a happy birthday sign and he was greeted by name. They didn't offer the salad dressing he preferred so our waiter Brandon had the chef prepare it special for him. They even gave him a card signed by the staff. It was a most memorable dinner that we will remember for years to come.“

“This was our first time at Mitchell's Steakhouse. We were celebrating our son's 20th birthday. Mitchell's made it a celebration. As soon as we walked in, the hostess wished our son a happy birthday. There was a note on the table and the menu had his name and 20th birthday on it. Our server Alayna provided excellent customer service. She was attentive and made suggestions regarding the menu. The food was fantastic. Chef Nathan came to the table to wish our son a happy birthday. Dave the general manager stopped by the table as well. They really made it a special time for our son. Again, the food was outstanding!“
