“Firebirds in Polaris turned what could have been a stressful night into one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. After running late and even getting stuck in our hotel elevator, the staff was incredibly gracious, giving us extra time for our reservation and welcoming us warmly when we arrived. The restaurant was busy but still felt open, elegant, and inviting, and we were seated quickly despite the crowd. Our server was fantastic—attentive, patient, and kind. I ordered the Wood Grilled NY Strip* with broccoli and a Caesar Salad, and everything was cooked to perfection. My date had the Firebirds® Chicken Pasta with spicy Asiago cream sauce, and it was just as phenomenal. The food was flavorful, beautifully presented, and truly exceeded expectations. I didn't order from the bar, but it looked stunning and inviting. Instead, I enjoyed their strawberry lemonade, which was delicious and refreshing. Between the excellent food, the warm and attentive service, and the lovely atmosphere, Firebirds easily became a new favorite for me. Prices were very fair for the quality, and I can confidently say this was a 10/10 experience. I'll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend Firebirds to anyone looking for a more than pleasant dining experience.“

We ordered the ribeye Pittsburgh style medium rare blackened. It was cooked perfect. Best blackened steak ever. Their chief knows what they are doing. Fresh salad, everything was perfect. We eat at Outback, Firebird Grill, BJ's but this chief's cooking blew them away. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!“

“Based on reputation, I'd expect a better gluten-free menu. Gratefully, the chef did accommodate my request for scallops w/o breading. Additionally, to my first point, there was no table bread. I've become accustomed to that at higher end restaurants.“

It was worth the price and cooked beautifully. There are two things I would like to also see return - bordelaise sauce and the raw oysters.“

“This was our first time at Mitchell's Steakhouse. We were celebrating our son's 20th birthday. Mitchell's made it a celebration. As soon as we walked in, the hostess wished our son a happy birthday. There was a note on the table and the menu had his name and 20th birthday on it. Our server Alayna provided excellent customer service. She was attentive and made suggestions regarding the menu. The food was fantastic. Chef Nathan came to the table to wish our son a happy birthday. Dave the general manager stopped by the table as well. They really made it a special time for our son. Again, the food was outstanding!“
