“Food was excellent, have tried to resolve a charge on my CC. After 4 calls I have not gotten any resolution or return calls. I guess my expectation of service was too high. I thought I was dealing with a service-oriented restaurant not a chain steakhouse.“

“The first time at this location for our 22nd wedding anniversary on Friday, 9/18/2026 at around 5:30pm and we're immediately seated. The atmosphere was bright, clean and not noisy. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms. Ruby got the full slab of ribs, fries, and roasted brussel sprouts. I ordered the required French Onion soup, salad and 12 oz ribeye, medium rare. I don't recall being in a restaurant where the food came out so fast after ordering. It was amazing! The food was all delicious. The French Onion soup was better than what I had just a few days earlier. The steak was prepared perfectly. Our server talked us into taking a Molten Lava cake to go since it was discounted for our anniversary.
Stacy L. was our excellent and friendly server (see photo!). We took about half of the food home for the next day. I commended the Manager (I'm sorry that I didn't get his name) on running a tight ship and he said that he had a good crew. I'd say so, plus good food.

“We had a terrible experience at The Top Steakhouse at the beginning of this month, and honestly, we left feeling like we would never return. However, The Top reached out to us to make things right, and they absolutely did.

They paired us with our server, Cher, and she was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we sat down, she made sure we were taken care of, served appropriately, and that every detail of our experience was handled. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the experience we should have had the first time.

Because of the way The Top handled the situation and the incredible service we received from Cher, our minds have completely changed. We went from thinking we would never come back to knowing that we will continue to be loyal customers.

We are incredibly thankful that The Top took our concerns seriously and made the effort to make things right. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a business responds to them — and The Top absolutely showed us that they care about their customers.

“5/5 Stars Firebirds in Polaris is such a cozy local spot right close to home! I got the fish tacos, and both the fish and the salsa were remarkably fresh. The seasoned mushrooms were also a healthful addition to my meal. To top it off, the hand-squeezed lemonade was absolutely delicious. Service was friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Highly recommend—we'll definitely be back!“

“I was promptly greeted and seated, as it was just me. The drink was satisfactory, and the steak was decent. However, I had hoped for more flavor considering the price, but it was not particularly impressive. The service was also adequate. It was also busy and noisy.“

“The front desk staff are always on point with any special reservations you make. The bartenders are the best in town, no matter if you are drinking wine, bourbon or a mocktail. The food is expensive but very worth it, the seafood tower is not only beautiful but fresh. If you like beef the Porterhouse for two is so worth it. The service is always top notch, but we were so lucky to have Goete as our server this time and I would recommend requesting him. He took such extra care in everything.“
