Asked for a new milkshake, because the one I got was clearly made before I got there. So i asked for a new one.
I suspect all they did was add more ice cream then said it was new.
As if I couldn't see that the lid was messed with and its still the same beat up cup. Then sat there and lied to my face when I called them out. Never again.

Visited Sunday 5-3-26 Just for malts and a few finger foods.
A manager managing by walking around. Good. Heard him apologize to a few cars who had waited awhile. The various outside employees we interacted with were all great.
Odd that the was not a single menu board of regular food. Only a special item or two er mentioned.

Swenson's is our favorite quick, delicious food spot in Columbus. It's the perfect bite everytime. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kian, Nathan, and Jeanan for being amazing to us all week during Sonic Temple!

Servers were great and friendly. Food was below par no flavor small portion large price overcooked onion rings. Pay extra for everything can’t taste the malt. very disappointed for first time visit and will be last time visit as well. Maybe others had good experience but I would never recommend this place
