Stopped at the taco truck 10/16/25 at auto zone in Defiance, Ohio. Very good but shouldn't have paper at the bottom of the asada fries. My son was eating paper. Otherwise very good!
Delicious tacos. Well seasoned. I come here at least twice a week since its close to my house. I've tried many taco trucks and they are the best.
I been coming here for years. You will not find no other place that have good food. Waiting for them to open right now as we speak.

The chicken tamales are a must-try, and the tacos are consistently satisfying, especially the pastor and pollo. The restaurant also provides customers with more culinary options, including a solid burrito and excellent rice and beans. The fresh pineapple juice and mild salsa are customer favorites, with the salsa having great flavor. Many customers consider Taqueria Jalisco the best Mexican food place in the area, with excellent service whether dining in or taking food home. The chips and salsa, as well as the table sauce, which is hot but delicious, are highly recommended. The Pollo tacos are probably the best customers have had, with big servings. The staff speaks both Spanish and English. The portions are great, and the price for tacos and a bottled drink is definitely worth the price. The grilled Serrano was amazing.
