I understand mistakes happen but when I called the restaurant in a polite way to just simply warn them about their food before anyone else gets sick, the employee refused to let me speak to a manager and hung up on me. Also declining my following phone calls. Please train your staff properly and please inspect your food so no one else gets sick. I do not need a refund Uber Eats has refunded me but please take this seriously!
food is consistently BOMB
Nashville hot chicken sandwich is so good! Hot but not overpowering and vey good taste. Cornbread and mashed potatoes are also very good. Not a big gravy fan but I was drinking their gravy out of the cup, very good. Love the Crispy Coop!
