I had an incident the other day with the quality of my to go order , i didn’t feel like it was the freshest that i know it could’ve been being that i eat here quite often . Called & spoke with Heidi (manager) , she was very polite & helpful told me they would get it corrected . Stopped in today to grab my order & it was perfect . Heidi was super polite & took all the necessary measures to correct my order & made sure it was to my liking . exactly why this is one of my favorite spots !

They literally served me chicken today with a COCKROACH on my plate. This place is disgusting. The server was at least very friendly when we told her we would be not be staying to eat any of this meal and she comped the full bill.

We came for the first time on a Saturday at 12:30 and were seated pretty quickly! The table we sat at was a bit odd it was like a booth but with a divider in the middle food was well seasoned and cooked to perfection! The hushpuppies were sooo good. Our server was very good! It seemed though she was the only server in the whole restaurant. You could tell she was stressed. But otherwise very great restaurant and will be back again!

We visited this place while in Columbus for the 1st time back in April 2023..We then had it again at a game when we visited on an unofficial visit to OSU. When I tell you my husband and I love it and we look forward to visiting again. The fried chicken with the hot honey..the spoon bread OMG..the shrimp and grits amazing..the succotash I was nervous to try,but it didn't disappoint.
