The person who took my drive thru order was great. The person at the window was not with it. He told me everything was in the bag. He was mistaken. Definitely charged for a donut I ordered and didn’t receive. Huge letdown because Tim Horton’s food is far superior to other fast food chains.
Best Tim Hortons I have visited: Hot food, good coffee, pleasant staff, fast Wi-Fi, clean dining room and restrooms.
I spent a few hours here waiting to check into my hotel nearby and they did not ever ask me to leave. I had both breakfast and lunch here, if that gives you an idea of how much time I was here.
Staff was so nice to me and one gentleman even brought my sandwich to me while I was working.

First time at a Tim Hortons. Food and coffee was good. Don't come here if you are in a rush. None of the people here wanted to be here. I stood there for 5 minutes, waiting for someone to take my order. Made eye contact with 4 of the servers and none came over until I finally asked if I could order something. And of course, i got the "we don't wantbyou here" look. Not impressed.
