I have been to many Tim Hortons from the border of Canada all the way to now Houston TX and my order is always the same.. I want to give a shout out to the young man who made my Chipotle Steak Wrap on 25 July around 2pm, it was the best one I've had.

I had Angelica as my drive thru person, she was so nice. My donut's chocolate topping was very minorly stuck to the paper it was in and she asked if I was satisfied with it. I was perfectly happy, but it was such a pleasant juxtaposition against a walk-in place I go to in Delaware sometimes. My most recent donut from them was totally smashed against the container, plus it was a lot pricier and not drive-thru. Tim Hortons looks about 10x better based on my comparison. Mad...

The person who took my drive thru order was great. The person at the window was not with it. He told me everything was in the bag. He was mistaken. Definitely charged for a donut I ordered and didn’t receive. Huge letdown because Tim Horton’s food is far superior to other fast food chains.
