I have been coming to this Tim’s every weekday morning since it opened but today I got an attitude from the drive up worker. I like sleeves on my coffee cup and when a worker is new I have to remind them a few times and they then remember but this girl has yet to catch on to who her regulars are. 1st time at any Tim Hortons. I was treated disgustingly. i used to work in restaurants and have a brother who owns various franchises and runs others for companies. noone should ever get aggressive with any customers bc they dont know their product. they should be excited to tell them the product. in the time he took to try to embarrass me and tell me how horrible I was. he could've just let me order. i knew the reviews were badhere. now i know why.
