So, I ordered their Chicken Rice, one of their "Dinner Specialities" through Doordash today. The quantity of food received for $10 is so low that I am left wondering if they just ran out of something and decided to just fulfill the order anyway. The reason I say this I've been to the restaurant once before for dine in and I had no complaints with the quantity of food or the quality or the service - which makes this experience that much more perplexing. Just look at the picture - the food is not even a quarter of the box!

Dinner here tonight was delicious!! Had the jicama shrimp tacos and the chicken lettuce wrap and they did not disappoint. Tons of flavor and a reasonable price point.

This is a good Mexican restaurant situated quaintly downtown. We were promptly sat in the back room and greeted by our server. I ordered the enchiladas (with a tortilla instead of lettuce) and my boyfriend order three tacos. Everything came out quickly. I don't have a lot of negatives to say besides it was a little smoky (from food) inside. I would go back and try the drinks.

My friend and I were there Saturday night between 11 PM to 2 AM. The food, the service and the atmosphere where OK. The only thing We did not like was that we got over charged, we sat down at the bar order a pitcher of flavor margarita, a jumbo blue margarita, and 4 tacos. At the end of the night we were charged $35 for the pitcher , $14 for the jumbo margarita, and $14 for The 4 tacos. The bartender just gave us the credit card slip to sign and that's when we noticed that the price was wrong. (( we weren't drunk )) When we arrived they gave us 2 menus with the prices of food and drinks wich was $28-flavor pitcher $3.50 for 1 taco and jumbo blue margarita $?? (That size wasn't on the menu) well we agreed to pay $14 for the jumbo margarita and $14 for the 4 tacos but why $35 for the pitcher?? When the price on the menu is $28. We asked the bartender why we where being charged different from what the menu?? Maybe we got the wrong check!! Ohhh and ALSO the check said "bucket $35" "bucket $14" "tacos $14" we thought we didn't had "buckets" The bartender explained to us that that's how the put it in the system (like open food).. Ok, we get it; both of us are servers.. But why a different price? She said she didn't know and call the "manager" he came over and said "during non restaurant hours the prices are different, and that's the prices for the drinks right now" RIDICULOUS why would you give us regular menu with "restaurant hour prices" if we are going to be charged differently!!! We will not be coming back. Check the all your receipts.

These tacos make me happy. Seriously some of the best tacos I've ever had. The house margarita was good, the steak tacos good, but the jicama shrimp tacos were beyond amazing. I could have eaten 15 of them. I'm worried that they might have ruined tortillas for me. I only want tacos on jicama now. Aside from the food, the inside is a cool place to hang out. Lots of colors, murals, and displays. All around a homerun spot.

First time in. Lots of other restaurants were overcrowded on a Friday night. After eating a delicious meal, I'm wondering why more people don't visit this place. The service was fast, the atmosphere welcoming, the food excellent, and the prices reasonable. We'll be back.

Okay. This place was SO AMAZING authentic Mexican food & the absolute best customer service. Alejandro had us laughing the whole time. We came here 2 times in 1 day and if I could have I would have come a 3rd time. We enjoyed every moment. & the "Perfect Margarita" is really honestly perfect... in every way. Just like Alejandro.

Ughhh I wanted to give 5 stars because the food was great! However the service here is a big no no. Maybe it was the guys first night working but he had oh so many mistakes that really ruined it for me.

I love the food here. And service is excellent during lunch. The food is so very good. I love the Chimichanga dish. The place has an average turn out for customers for its size. I believe there is an overflow area in the back of the restaurant for more customers. And I also see that they have dance nights there on certain days of the week. Including salsa night of which I would love to go and try.

Most underrated Mexican food in downtown. It's somewhere between a Cali taco shop and a midwestern sit down "Mexican" restaurant. Great food, great margs, great service.
Great place and the food was AMAZING. I went with a very special friend and that's what made it just perfect.

Huge tacos! I was glad I only ordered 2. I got the shrimp taco and the pork belly taco. The pork was a bit dry, but the tasty toppings made up for it. The shrimp taco was my fav! Lots of seating inside, but call ahead if you have a large group. Small patio outside, so go early if you want a seat!

Literally is my favorite Mexican restaurant. The queso alone is the best in the city. I have never had a bad meal here and the staff is always so nice. Try this place and I bet u won't regret it!
