had them for the first time at amazon in west jefferson, the food was fantastic, downfall is that they are hard to track down (not on my side of town). so i wish they were more convenient, open later in the day, and on door dash.

Went to the food truck today to get a bowl. I told the guy that there was a lot I couldn't eat, so asked if he could, for example, give me a lot of lettuce. Maybe it was foolish of me to go to a Mexican food truck on a low carb diet, but when Qdoba comes to the med center I'm always very satisfied with their portions.None of the 4 ingredients I was able to eat were larger than a standard size. When I asked for guacamole, he said it would be extra. I paid $11 for this. What a joke. I wasn't asking for anything extravagant, just maybe hook it up with the lettuce and add some guac. And at the end of the day, the tiny amount of chicken I did get was extremely dry. Will not be coming back and will be advising my coworkers to skip moving forward if they ask.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The staff got our order wrong, lied to us about what was included, and proceeded to be rude when we reported their mistakes. The blonde woman because defensive when I told her the lie we were told and said "I've never heard him say that." Then she sarcastically said I was being "real Christian." What she should have done was apologize and offer me coupons for a free meal (or six for all the members of my family) in the future. Instead she was crass, rude and defensive. RUN FROM THIS FOOD TRUCK unless you want to be treated badly and given the wrong food.

Been to this truck a couple times. Had good, Chipotle-style burritos both times. What I didn't notice on my first visit was the churros on the menu. I was excited to see them frying them up while I waited. I gasped when I opened them. I nearly fainted at the first bite!

Some of the worst Asada I’ve ever had. Some of the worst tortillas I’ve ever had. It truly makes me sad to see all the positive reviews for this place… these people have no idea what good Mexican food is.Overpriced, low quality everything, possibly the worst spot in town.

We came across Tortilla at an event. They have a great selection of build-your-own options that the menu and the side of the truck walk you through. Base (such as tacos, bowls, burritos, quesadillas, and they even offer a Doritos based walking taco), Protein (multiple different types of meat, plus tofu), and Toppings (lots!), plus any sides you might want. They also have some kids meal options featuring an entree and a side. We got chicken and cheese quesadillas with black beans (they also have a choice of pinto) and rice. Everything was quite tasty and hit the spot!
Enjoyed a delicious carnitas bowl today at the Art Festival! Would definitely come back for more!
