Ordered using their website back on December 20th. Waited 2 hours for delivery and then called. Was told by an associate that they would have my delivery to me within an hour. 90 mins later, received an email saying my order was cancelled. I’ve called customer service 4 times, it’s been over a month, and I’ve still not been refunded.
