General observation of being a customer of Nespresso for many years - the employees here are glorified supplied chain workers who just pick coffee off the shelf for you.There was a time where these boutiques served a purpose and the employees were educated on Nespresso’s product. Now, the knowledge is bare bones on coffee. One oftheir employees went as far as saying to me “well that one is a 9, so the 10 must be bolder."Might as well just buy from the app.

I'm unable to remember the worker's name unfortunately, but they were incredibly poliete and was very patient with me as I was new to the process with nespresso. I was hesistant after seeing such a low rateng, but seeing that it was a bunch of low ratings during peak covid (were yall not aware that we were in a pandemic?? and complaining about employees who had no say in how they had to work???) I was so happy I took the chance and went. Cant wait to go again!
