today march 21 @ 615 to 620pm. when pulling up to the drive- thru speaker we was
kindly treated by the nice lady taking the orders. After i pulled up to the window the guy taking the payment was given a $50 bill and 10 cents. our 1st order price was $5.10. At least 50% of the time my order is incorrect or not. Even my order, it's a pain in the butt to go back to the store after driving home. forget support when your mobile order is incorrect. the chat function will not work and after 45 minutes on hold I hung up and sent an email The email reply said they would be back to me in a couple of days but it could be longer. Corporate does not even care.
